We offer 24/7 CARE for the pets we board, because we live on the premises.

My wife Anke, has worked in pets

grooming shops, dog kennels and Vet offices as a boarding helper and Vet assistant in our area for years.

Daycare

When you don’t want to leave your pet alone at home, Daycare is the answer!

Our Guests can enjoy the time from home with us and meet adder friends! All you have to do is to drop your pet off after 8:00 AM and pick them up before 5:00 PM, Mon. thru Fri.

The basic rate is $20.00 per day.

Boarding

Climate controlled runs for small, medium, large and giant breeds. The inside is air -conditioned at night.
We exercise the dogs at least three times per day. Pets are fed at owners instructions. Owner needs to provide the own food, because some pets have sensitive stomachs and skin or have food allergies.
One of the most important services we have is that we live on site to watch and hear your pet over our surveillance camera also at night 24 / 7 CARE !
Your pet can be bathed or groomed before their pick up. Just notify us upon arrival.
For our cat’s we provide separate quarters away from the noise of our canine companions.

Discounts

- you will receive a discount if your pets are boarded together in one run.

- also we have special rate for long term stay’s, but you will lose any discount if bill not kept up to date every two weeks!

Pets boarded together must eat the same food and be on the same feeding schedule.

Reservations

A $50 deposit is required to hold the reservation. Deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancellation at least ten days before the scheduled visit.

If inadequate cancellation notice is given or you are a “no show”, your deposit will be forfeited. Please only make reservations for the days that you need. You will be charged for each day of your reservation.

Hurricane Reservations

We don’t hope !!! That a hurricane hits are area like Charlie or Wilma again !

But we will stay like the last years and be here for are customer and there baby’s !

The Boarding Building is a CBS Construction and on the same alleviation like the Lee Civic Center (Shelter).

We will accepting reservation for those wishing to board there pet when Hurricanes approaching the coastal areas of Florida.

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE GUARENTEED BY CREDIT CARD!

Minimum reservation time is five days.

THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE GUARENTEED RESERVATION, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED !

Medical Care

If during boarding we feel that your pet requires veterinary attention, we will call in, or transport to the company vet, the owner’s listed veterinarian if close by, or any available vet and secure the necessary care.
The owner is responsible for all charges incurred including transportation fees.

Boarding Tips

1) Before it’s time to board your pet, go and look at all the kennels. Only you can decide which kennel is right for you!

2) When you take your pet to check in at the boarding kennel, make sure you have your dog on a leash. It’s safer for him / hour and it’s our rule.

3) Ask the kennel what you should bring. We encourage people to bring in treats, toys, or special food.

4) When you check in, have you paper work up to date!

5) Give the kennel personal as much information as possible about your pet, along with past health problems and any medications that your pet might be on.

6) Think that you both go to vacation and tell your pet that you will see him soon.

Vaccination Requirements

We require our boarders to be up to date on their yearly vaccinations of DHLP, Parvo, and Rabies for dogs and FRCVP for cat’s. We highly recommend the Bordetella ( canine cough ) vaccination for your dog or cat. Bring a copy of vaccination records !
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN WE BOARD YOUR PET WITHOUT PROOF OR VERIFICATION OF VACCINATIONS.

Notice: By attendance to any event you agree that any cause of action, controversy or claim arising out of or related to the entry, training, socialism, boarding, grooming and any other service, exhibition or attendance at the event between AAS von Tente Kennels Inc. the event and service-giving company, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, judging at this event or service, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which maybe alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.

Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such, injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their (AAS Von Tente Kennels Inc.) employees, agents, or any other persons.
